"As for that little estate of outward things which the Lord hath been pleased to bestow upon me, whether they be moveable or immovable, as houses lands, chattel, household stuff, etc., I will and bequeath them all unto Elizabeth Morse, my dear wife to enjoy, possess and make use of her life, during the term thereof, and after her decease out of my life my will is that all that estate which she was in life possessed of shall be divided amongst my children, both sonnes and daughters, that is to say John Morse, Daniel Morse, Mary Bullin and Ann Morse, the widow of my dearly beloved son Joseph Morse, deceased, who with my said children shall have an equal portion upon a just division with them for the children's sake of my beloved Joseph. Item. I give and bequeath unto my son Ezra Pond and his Heirs the one half of my Pine swamp joining upon his own land, and also his equal part of my Silver Money with the rest of my Children, being his part in full of my Estate with what he has already received.
Item. I I give and bequeath unto my Son Ichabod Pond and his Heirs the other half of my Pine swamp joining upon his own land, and also his equal part of my Silver Money with the rest of my Children, being his part in full of my Estate with what he has already received.
Item. I give and bequeath unto my Son Barak Pond and his Heirs all my whole Estate boath real and personal not heretofore mentioned (except my indoor Moveables) provided or in case he fulfills my Will as follows, viz: He shall affoard my kind and loving wife the use and improvement of the North end of my House, the lower Rooms and Celler, So long as she remains my Widow, and he shall affoard her the use of Two good Milk Cows, and Six Bushels of Indian Corn, Two Bushels of Rye, Ten pounds of good wool, Ten pounds of Flax and as much meat as she needs to eat boath pork and Beef, and Two Bushels of Malt, and as many Apples as she Occation for; and also wood cut for her Fire as much as she needs, every one of the before Mentioned particulars, he shall find her yearly as long as she remains my Widow.
Item. My Will is my Son Barak Pond shall pay to my Daughter Hannah Partridge or her heirs the Sum of Ten pounds lawfull money.
Item. My Will is that my Son Barak Pond or his Heirs pay to my Daughter Sarah Gay or her Heirs the sum of Seven pounds Ten shillings lawfull money.
Item. My Mind and Will is that my Son Barak Pond or his Heirs shall pay to my Daughter Unis Gooldsberry or her Heirs the sum of Seven pounds Ten shillings lawfull money.
Item. I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Hannah Partridge, my Daughter Sarah Gay and my Daughter Unis Gooldsberry or their Heirs their equal part of my indoor Moveables, that is to say, the whole of the indoor Moveables is to be equally divided between them.
Item. My Will is my three Daughters have their equal part of my Silver money with my wife and all the rest of my Children.

I give and bequath to my loveing Sons William Caleb and Jabez Pond and to their Heyres forever all ye Remainder of all my housing buildings lands tenements orchards gardens meadowes swamps and cow-commons that is not allredy disposed of by me in this my will to be equaly devided betwen them three, and this with what they have allredy received or is in this will expressed to them to be their whole.
I give and bequath to my Daughter Sarah Pond all ye remainder of my Chattles or movable Estate to hir and to hir heyres forever.
And I doe hereby nomenate ordain and appoynt my well beloved wife Anne Pond before said and my loveing ffriends Joseph Wight and John ffisher of Dedham to be my Executors to whom I comitt all poure nessesary for ye full accomplishment and performance of this my last will and testament in all respects as is herein above expressed.
