  	Jacob was made the sole heir of his father's estate after the death of his mother. As there is no evidence that Jacob had a house lot of his own it is quite probable that he remained at home with his father and for that reason was made sole heir. Jacob died intestate October 22, 1695, in his 43rd year. His wife Huldah became the executioner of the will. It was difficult to divide the several portions of his estate to the heirs of Jacob without waste and it was finally sold by order of the probate judge to the eldest son Jacob for 183 pounds. There is evidence that both John and Peter had a portion of their father's land set off to them before their father's death and it is possible that Joseph had the same.   Buried	Aldrich Cemetery, Uxbridge, Worcester Co, Massachusetts
  	A bronze tablet placed in 1955 in an old cemetery located on Glendale St. in Uxbridge says that Jacob is buried there. It is more probable that he, like his father, is buried in the "Old Cemetery" on Providence St. in Mendon.

  	Great Fire of London 1666 destroyed many of churches in London so we do not know exact which church they were alleged married in. They had to be Puritans in order to be in the John Winthrop Fleet of 1630. John Winthrop went on to become Governor of Massachusetts. Everybody in the fleet were all Puritans to begin with.
