- Born either 23 Jun 1657 or 20 Jan 1658. No children are mentioned in his will dated 15 Nov 1714. After providing for his wife, he names two children of his brother Cornelius, viz. Mehitable Corbett and Cornelious, making the latter his heirs.

William's will, dated 15 Nov 1714, proved 16 Dec following; gives his Negro man, Prince, to the testator's wife, for four years, but at the end of four years he is to be free. Negro maid, Moll, and some other chattels, "kine," etc., are to be sold and converted into money. In the inventory, Moll is valued at 35 pounds, about 86 silver dollars. Four years' service of Prince are valued at 20 pounds, about 50 dollars. He was wealthy, and having no children, he left most of his property to his nephew William, only son of his brother Cornelius.
