- Alexander gave one half his property to his wife, whom he made executrix, and the rest to his children, when they became fifteen years of age. John Hazell, Walter Palmer, and Wm. Cheesborough, supervisors.
"Richard Bullock, aged 25 years, testifies that after the death of Winchester, he enquired of his widow, how she should dispose of the children, and she answered her husband has taken course for them, and left them to the overseers of his will. Hee being then sick and died the 16th July, 1647.
