On Vol. III:117 one Nathaniel Carrill was living in Goodman Goulthrite's ward when he took the oath of allegience about 25 Mar 1678. The name Nath Carrill appeared on a petition dated Oct. 10, 1667 of planters living in Salem Village to the Gen. Court
