- Theodore died of stomach cancer at his farm residence, southeast of Kent City, Michigan. Besides his wife and three daughters, he was survived by his sisters, Mrs. Edward Kayes of Fairmont, MN and Mrs. C. Olson of Fergus Falls, MN.
