Although her birth was not recorded, she is named as a sibling in the will of her sibling, Samuel Gaskill (Cumberland Probate Records, 5:331-337): "To my honored mother, Alice Gaskill, my three brothers, William, Jonathan and Silas, and to my three sisters Patience Aldrich, Provided Cook, and Olive Wilcos..my brother in law, Daniel Wilcox."
