	John Steere died intestate, being ninety years old, and his son was appointed administrator. As the elder son, Lieut. John Steere, was then living, but died about two and a half years afterwards, it is possible that he was not at that time in sufficient health to administer upon his father's estate.
Notes	In 1670 John Steer granted twenty acres which he had from his wife's father, William Wickenden, deceased, to Pardon Tillinghast, Henry Browne witnessing.
