- Sarah was appointed administer of his estate at a town council on 12 Mar 1795, which also stated that Ebenezer had died "intestate". Sarah presented an inventory, taken by Elisha Bartlet & Henry Comstock & valued at L50-16-3 1/2, to the town council on 12 Mar 1795. On 4 Apr 1795 a list of claims against his estate was presented. Sarah received L1-15-5 for paying for his last illness & funeral expenses. A list of items were set off for her, totalling L7-17-11. Debts to other people were listed, totalling L49-3-11 1/2. On 5 Dec 1795 Peleg Slocum & his wife Prufia put in a claim for $30 owed "by Eben Trask late of Smithfield Deceased in his Life Time." Fraderick Trask paid off the claim which was recorded by "Danl Mowry Jun" on 23 Jan 1796.

Salem V.R. records has their marriage as 26 Jan 1731/2.
