  	"Verily sick of body" bequeathed "unto my Honored father Sylvanus Scott the one half of all my lands and testaments together with one half of the buildings." He also gave "unto my brother Nathaniel Scott the other half of all my above lands and testaments." There were individual bequests to his brothers John and Silvanus; and the residue was to be equally divided among his brothers and sisters - John, Katherine Jenckes, Joseph, Rebecca Wilkinson, Esther Sayles, Silvanus Scott, Joanna Jenckes, Charles Scott, Sarah Hopkins, and Nathaniel Scott. (Will proved 28 Dec 1734, recorded 12 Jan 1734/5. Central Falls, RI). It is clear that he died unmarried and childless.
