- Henry Wight was the only member of his family who did not accompany his father to Medfield. He spent his life in Dedham, in the records of which town he is frequently mentioned as Serg't Wight. He was made freeman 26 May 1647. His estate was left 28 Apr 1681 to be administered by widow Jane and son Joseph. He bequeathed land and buildings at Dedham and land at Wrentham.
