- Elizabeth was sister to the Rev. John ALLIN of Dedham who in his will dated 23 Aug 1670 made bequests to near kinsmen Samuel FISHER and Thomas FISHER (Suffolk Co, Mass, PR 7:139); these were the two sons of Thomas FISHER and his wife Elizabeth. In a letter of 18 May 1640 John ALLIN wrote to Edward ALLEYN, Dedham's representative to the General Court, regarding "my sister's business," noting that her husband had died intestate and she had two young children (Dedham Transcript 25 March 1938); at the meeting of the General Court on 13 May 1640 administration was granted to widow FISHER of Dedham on her husband's estate. !TAG 67:29
