• Notes

  Married: Some sources give marriage date as 15 Jul 1771. There were two other men named Johannes (John) Bouck married and having children baptised in St. Paul's Lutheran Church. They were sons of Fridrich and Wilhelm (respectively) as distinguished in the baptism records. Both were married to women named Catharine. One of these was undoubtedly the John Bouck Sr mentioned as having removed to Canada after the revolutionary war. (See the pension records of John W. Bouck)
